Rachel Rainha, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, leads our Haverhill team with a commitment to CARE’s mission of creating life-changing experiences for each client. A Northeastern University graduate, Rachel has focused her career on supporting children and families, with expertise in environmental and systemic trauma. In recent years, she has transitioned her skills to outpatient care, working with both children and adults. Through a holistic, whole-body approach and the use of EMDR therapy, Rachel provides a safe and empowering space for clients to confidently pursue their healing journey.
